Wan Xudong, male, Han nationality, born in August 1980, a member of the Communist Party of China, doctor's degree.
From September 1999 to March 2006, he majored in Communication Engineering and Communication and Information System at the College of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Engineering University, and obtained bachelor's degree and Master's degree respectively. From September 2011 to April 2017, he studied underwater acoustic engineering in College of Underwater Acoustic Engineering, Harbin Engineering University and obtained his doctorate degree.
Work experience: From April 2006 to December 2008, he worked in the Military Products Office of the Science and Technology Department of Harbin Engineering University as a clerk. From December 2008 to September 2013, he worked as the director of Military Products Office, Science and Technology Department, Harbin Engineering University. From September 2013 to June 2016, he worked as the director (deputy division level) of the National Defense Department of the Institute of Science and Technology of Harbin Engineering University. During this period, he took a temporary post as the deputy dean of the College of Aerospace and Architectural Engineering of Harbin Engineering University from March 2015 to August 2015. From June 2016 to November 2020, he worked at the Institute of Science and Technology of Harbin Engineering University as Deputy Dean (head level). From November 2020 to March 2023, he worked as the director of the Security Department of Harbin Engineering University. From March 10, 2023 to now, he has been working at the College of Underwater Acoustic Engineering of Harbin Engineering University as the Secretary of the Party Committee.
