Towards the development of the Marine cause, the Marine strength to develop and grow.The proposal of the strategy of building a maritime power has made the ocean the main battlefield of the next generation of industry and scientific and technological revolution. In the process of exploring and developing the ocean, there is a huge demand for information interaction in the ocean. Acoustic communication is the only effective means of underwater remote wireless information transmission, which plays an important role in ocean development, underwater warfare and the realization of the dream of "Maritime Power".
The team is based on underwater acoustic communication and network, underwater positioning, underwater target detection and identification technology. The research direction of underwater acoustic communication and network technology aims at the international frontier, in order to solve the key technology about scientific problems in underwater acoustic communication, the theoretical research and engineering practice are closely combined by the team, and a series of underwater acoustic communication devices have been developed to meet the different application needs. The research direction covers underwater acoustic high-speed communication, underwater acoustic remote robust communication, bionic camouflage communication, new vector full-duplex communication and other directions, and the overall technology is in the leading domestic and international advanced level.
In the past five years, the team has undertaken more than 100 national key research and development programs, National Natural Science Foundation (key), basic scientific research, pre-research funds and various horizontal projects. It has won 3 first prizes at the provincial and ministerial level, 3 second prizes at the provincial and ministerial level and 4 third prizes at the provincial and ministerial level, such as the Ocean Engineering Science and Technology Award and the Society of Shipbuilding Science and Technology Progress Award.
At present, the underwater Acoustic communication and network team is a research team composed of professors and associate professors as the backbone, and the team has 10 full-time teachers, including 5 professors, 4 associate professors and 1 lecturer. 1 foreign teacher, 5 doctoral supervisors; 33 doctoral students (7 foreign students), 94 master students (6 foreign students); Full-time scientific research post 11 people. The honors received by the team include: selected into the China Association for Science and Technology Youth Talent for Lifting Project (4 people), National Youth Talent Program , National Excellent scientific and Technological workers, Youth Science and Technology Award Pacesetter of Heilongjiang Province, Outstanding Youth of Heilongjiang Province, Craftsmen of Heilongjiang Province and so on.
