On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Harbin Engineering University, the College of Underwater Acoustic Engineering invited principal Muhammad Abid , Comsats University Islambad(CUI）Wah Campus,vice principal Rizwan Riaz,National University of Sciences and Technology to communicate on research and teaching.
Qiao Gang, Dean of the College of Underwater Acoustic Engineering, delivered a welcome speech and presented a commemorative gift to the two principals, expressing his best wishes for the friendship between China and Pakistan.
Muhammad Abid first congratulated Harbin Engineering University on its 70th anniversary, and then introduced the condition of Islamabad Information Technology University. He expressed the hope that the two sides can cooperate for a long time to cultivate underwater acoustic talents and build ocean dreams together!
Qi Bin, Assistant Dean of the college of Underwater acoustic Engineering, Liu Songzuo, teacher representative, Suleman Mazhar, foreign teacher representative, and Li Bo, teacher representative of the college of Intelligent Science and Engineering, attended the meeting. Muhammad Bilal, a Pakistani post-doctoral student, Habib Hussain Zuberi, a PhD student, and Syed Hayder Ali Shah, a master student, who are studying in the College of Underwater Acoustic Engineering, delivered speeches to exchange their experiences in studying and living in Harbin Engineering University.
Finally, the two sides expressed the need to further strengthen cooperation in talent cultivation and scientific research, set a good example of international cooperation, and carry forward China-Pakistan friendship.
