From July 6th to 8th, the 2022-2023 National Acoustics Conference with the theme of "Hearing the New Sound of The Times to help the power of Science and Technology" was held in Harbin Engineering University. Nearly 1,000 experts and scholars from universities, research institutes and acoustic-related enterprises attended the conference. The conference focused on promoting the communication and integration of acoustics "industry-study-research and application" in the whole field, and launched academic exchanges and discussions on acoustics research, acoustics industry, acoustics education and other issues.
The conference was hosted by the Acoustical Society of China and hosted by Harbin Engineering University. Leadership speech
In his speech, Yin Jingwei briefly introduced the history and development of the university, the school level and the status of the school. He said that this year is the 70th anniversary of the university's founding, and as an important part of the "Academic celebration", many well-known experts and scholars have gathered in the university, hoping that all of us can generate new ideas, gain new understanding and form new ideas through full discussion and exchange, and work together to solve major scientific problems. Fruitful achievements have been achieved in the development of acoustic technology. The school will take this conference as an opportunity to meet the needs of the country and the industry, continue to give full play to the characteristics and advantages of disciplines, focus on the forefront of science and technology and key areas, and further promote the integration of industry and education, science and education, and make new and greater contributions to the development of Chinese acoustics.
Zhang Xiaoyan said in his speech that acoustics, as a basic discipline, especially the intersection of modern acoustics and multi-disciplines, has made breakthrough progress in new and unique interdisciplinary directions such as medical ultrasound, bioacoustics, Marine acoustics, and environmental acoustics, and has made a number of major original achievements with international influence in the frontier direction of the discipline, providing strategic support for achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance. She hopes that the provincial Acoustical Society will further strengthen the close ties with the national society, take the progress of acoustical science and technology and the development of related industries as a link, strengthen exchanges and cooperation, and the academicians and experts will bring new vision, new inspiration, new views and new strategies to the development of Heilongjiang acoustics, create a brilliant career, and inject innovative force into the comprehensive revitalization of Heilongjiang.
In his speech, Li Fenghua briefly introduced the development and construction of the Acoustical Society of China. He said that the annual National Acoustic Congress is the most influential brand event in the field of acoustics in China, and I hope that the delegates will focus on acoustic bottlenecks and problems, make full use of the National Acoustic Congress as a platform, collision ideas, communication, mutual integration, and deep cooperation. To demonstrate the mission and responsibility of acoustic science and technology workers in the new era, continue to make efforts in basic acoustic research, technical research, achievement transformation and industrialization, and promote high-level academic exchanges and industrial development of acoustics at home and abroad, and contribute to high-quality economic and social development.

Acoustical Society of China youth lifting project award
At the opening ceremony, the conference awarded project certificates to 30 winners of the 2021-2023, 2022-2024 and 2023-2025 Young Talent Lift Project of the Acoustical Society of China. Ma Jinyi, Vice President of the Acoustical Society of China, Sun Dajun, Vice president of the Acoustical Society of China, Yin Jingwei, chairman of the Youth Working Committee, read out the list of winners and presented awards to the winners.

Award of "Shenghua Cup" Acoustic technology Competition
Yang Jun introduced the overall situation of the first "Shenghua Cup" acoustic technology competition of the Acoustical Society of China. Wang Xiuming, deputy Secretary-General of the Acoustical Society of China, Ta Dean, Vice president of the Acoustical Society of China, and Li Fenghua, chairman of the Acoustical Society of China, respectively read out the list of third prize, second prize and first prize winners, and presented awards to the winners.
It is the first time for the Society to hold this kind of international skills competition, aiming to improve the innovative practical ability of students in acoustic-related professional fields, and build a communication platform between students and senior experts in the field of acoustics, which is an important measure to train and discover professional talents in the field of acoustics.
