My name is Shi Tongyang, and I was admitted to the College of Underwater Acoustics Engineering in 2009. Starting 2011, I studied for two and a half years in France as one of the first group of students cultivated in Le Mans University. After graduation, I came to Purdue University for further study in acoustics, which is known as one of the world's top engineering Universities located in Indiana, USA. So that I have experienced three kinds of culture in three countries: China, France, and USA. While the two years study in the College of Underwater Acoustics Engineering is the most precious time of my student career, and what I have learned here has laid the foundation for my subsequent study and research. Now although I live in the United States, I will return to the motherland someday to do my best to push forward the development of Underwater Acoustics Engineering in China.
